FERC Scoping Meeting

Wednesday March 18: FERC Scoping Meeting, 7 pm, Nelson County High School. This was supposed to be our chance to express our concerns to FERC representatives face to face, a critical opportunity for public input to the federal regulators responsible for granting approval or denial of the ACP. However, when the meeting ended at 10:45 pm, only 78 of the 203 people who signed up to speak had been able to do so, even with the 3-minute time limit on speakers.
