The survey suit cases scheduled to be heard in Nelson County Circuit Court on Tuesday October 25, 2016, have been continued, and will be held at a later date. More information (why? new date?) when we have it.
9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Tuesday October 25, 2016: Hearing for the 13 landowners represented by Hank Howell. Also at this time/date: one landowner represented by Ben Perdue.
