Thursday, February 5: Federal Hearing on the Constitutionality of the Survey Statute, Harrisonburg Federal Court, 10:30 am. The first court hearing for the case (Klemic et al.) against Dominion regarding the constitutionality of 56-49.01 was held on February 5th in Harrisonburg Federal Court.
Monday, February 9: Stop the Surveys Lobby Day in Richmond, Virginia General Assembly, 8:30 am. SB 1338 and SB 1166 were up for review by the Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor on Monday, February 9th.
